https://clementfourment.com/Text Clément Fourment (né en 1992, France), vit à Paris et travaille à Clermont de l’Oise (FR). Il est diplômé de l’école professionnelle supérieure d’arts graphiques de la ville de Paris. En 2018, il reçoit le premier prix de dessin Pierre-David Weill de l’Académie des Beaux-Arts, pour son « livre / dessin » Persée. Son travail a été exposé dans de nombreuses expositions collectives et individuelles à l’Académie des Beaux-Arts, Paris (2018, FR), à la Collection Yvon Lambert, Avignon (2021, FR), au FRAC Picardie, Amiens (2022, FR), au Château de Servières, Marseille (2022, FR), à l’Institut National d’Histoire de l’Art, Paris (2023, FR), et au Musée d’Art National de Cheongju, Cheongju (2024, KOR). Clément Fourment a intégré plusieurs résidences artistiques, dont la Casa de Velázquez en tant que membre artiste (2019-2020), la Cité Internationale des Arts (2020-2021) et la Fondation Pilar y Joan Miró à Majorque (2021). Au cours de ces différents temps de recherches, il a instauré un dialogue plastique avec des grands maîtres de l’histoire de l’art comme Miró et Goya, la réinterprétation et la reprise iconographiques faisant partie intégrante du processus créatif de Clément Fourment. Depuis 2020, son travail figure dans la collection de dessin contemporain du FRAC Picardie Hauts-de-France. En 2023, il commence une résidence avec l’Observatoire de l’Espace, du Centre national d’études spatiales. Autour des iconographies spatiales, Clément Fourment expérimente la couleur, en déployant le dessin et la peinture sur céramique.
